COPRODEV PLUS is an engineering oriented company with design and fabrication capabilities providing solutions to the electronic, pharmaceutical and food industry.

We strive at solving production line bottlenecks, increase overall equipment effectiveness and automate repetitive or dangerous tasks.

We have developed a strong expertise within the cheese industry, particularly in relation with :

• 640 lb cheese block’s fabrication process
• 640 lb cheese blocks automated cutting to portion size
• 40 lb cheese block’s cutting
• Special cheese handling and feeding system for shredded cheese and slice lines.

COPRODEV’s engineers and technicians design the systems, manufacture the equipment, program the production lines and develop the required control systems. They also calibrate the machinery that is manufactured or retrofitted, and handle the run-in procedures.

COPRODEV PLUS is part of a 100 employees industrial group (Stainless Steel Industry) specialized in the fabrication and craftsmanship of stainless steel equipments. Our plant is located in Boucherville, QC. We serve the United States and Canadian territory.
